Naimeh Zarezadeh started her career in advertising in 2000 and is highly experienced in the world of paid media (both offline & online). She worked on local and global brands in the Middle-East (Tehran) & European (London) markets and has a BA in Social Communications Science and two MAs in Advertising & Marketing.

Working at London-based global media agencies since 2010, she sharpened her digital paid media skills through working with big budget clients and on complex digital advertising accounts e.g. Samsung Mobile Global, Virgin Media & Virgin Holidays, Peugeot, Vodafone, Sony PlayStation & many more.

She also acted as a bridge between clients and their media agencies as part of the in-house digital marketing team of Experian and TalkTalk in order to deliver on their performance-based accounts. Amongst other things, this experience provided her with excellent insight into the challenges of client-agency relationships.

She managed millions of Pounds, Dollars & Tomans worth of media budget throughout her paid media advertising career. For example, during her last few roles she was responsible for delivering approx. £40m media budget for clients.

She founded Mediatative in 2019 with a vision to create a boutique global digital paid media agency, which emphasises a high-quality service for its clients.
